Thursday 23rd July Lucky 15

Well, i have had a look at a few races tommorow and i fancy a nice little e/w L15. You may think that i am wierd having it e/w, but the prices may be higher than expected. I do expect 1 winner which will be Lucky Leigh!

L15 - WINTER STAR - 2.00 TOWCESTER
LA ASTRELLA - 2.35 UTTOXETER
LUCKY LEIGH - 3.30 BATH - NAP!
AMICABLE TERMS - 5.10 BATH

Worcester NAP - Couldn't Publish

I wasn't very happy earlier, as my internet was playing up but MEY CLOUDS was a great bet today. Wasn't far away from winning last time on it's re-appearence but clearly showed he could win today.

Uttoxeter is on tommorow, if i fancy anything, then i will add it tommorow morning, if the internet is working :)

Results Round-Up

Well 2 out of 2 today, both 4/7, not brilliant, but two winners. I was going to list all my selections at bangor, but i was pushing it because of time. Still, just to let you know, Apollo Creed won 5/2 which i selected. My other 2 in the first 2 came 3rd, 2nd.

Good Luck and Worcester will be on here tommorow.

Bangor Bets

Sunday 20th July Jumps Selections ( Includes Results Roud-Up )

I went to Stratford today to watch my horse run, SANTERA ( came 4th ). Here is how i got on

My form at stratford today - P422P2

Not a good day, as i usually have at least two winners at my local track. O well, another day goes by :)

Stratford
2.10 Herne Bay
The owner Roger Brookhouse lives with-in a mile of me and im a big fan of him. The favourite just didn't travel at the course in which has one 4 times there and pulled up
2.40 Santera
I picked this horse because i own it. The ground wasn't soft enough today. 4th
3.10 Quarry Town
The D Pipe trained horse came 2nd today to Ocean Du Moulin. In my opinion, the horse led to early. 2nd
3.40 Our Choice
The Charlie Mann trained horse was beat by an ex-local trained horse rising force. The winner lost to a horse of C Mann last time.
4.10 Sea Wall
Pulled Up. Distance was two short
4.40 Acapulco Bay
Having came 2nd advancement ( ran well in the summer hurdle yesterday ) i thought it must have a good e/w chance. 2nd

Saturday 19th July Results Roud-Up

Conclusion - I picked quite a few winners today, but i didn't list all of them. With Katies Tutor and Dar Re Mi winning at 7/1 and 5/2, it was a good days racing and profit was made again:)

What a start! Katies Tutor winning at 7/1, i listed it seperate at the bottom of the selections blog if you didnt' see. Noel gave it a cracking ride.

Oratory was tipped up by Richard Hannon Junior on the morning line and sadley it didn't get a run in todays race. Still, it finished a creditable 2nd.

Corrybrough was racing against older horses today but still ran a good race and came 2nd. I think the ground didn't suit.

Penny's Gift didn't get the run she wanted, stayed on to get 7th in a good 2 yo pack. Not disgraced.

Dar Re Mi battled gamely against a good sort like Folk Opera. Icon Project ran the JF a good race. As it was dropped it in class today ( Dar Re Mi ) it was bound to run close. WINNER!! haha

Yes Sir's jumping let the horse down today, once it fluffed up on it's jumping, it steadily dropped away.

My horse is running tommorow,Santera at Stratford. Good E/W chance.

Saturday 19th Selections

Good Morning people. I have looked through todays racing and there should be many favourites win today in the maiden races around the country.
I have looked throught the cards and there are a few who have caught my eye. Either dropping back in trip or either having good comments from the trainer. Here are todays horses that i wish to back -

Corrybrough - 2.20 Newbury - Win
Yes Sir - 3.40 Market Rasen - E/W
Oratory - 1.50 Newbury - Win
Penny's Gift - 3.25 Newbury - Win
Samuel Charles - 6.20 Lingfield - Win
Dar Re Mi - 2.35 - Newmarket - Win

Also, in the summer hurdle at Market Rasen - Katies Tutor

Horse Racing Selections 18th July Results Round-Up

Well New Time drifted from 8/1 - 18/1 which certainley showed it wasn't going to do any good. In the end the horse pulled-up. The 2nd race selection pebese just hasn't got to grips since it cam over from Ireland. D Pipe's horse is bound to improve. The 3rd race was my Nap. Yellow Flag, which moved from 4/6 - 1/2. Didn't come of the bridle and won with a canter. The 4th race was won by Dr Dream which was one of my selections and with the race being as weak as it was ( no direspect to the other runners ) it looked and was the best horse in the race.
In the 5th race, Jazz Dance fluffed his chances 2 out. After the poor jump, it's chances had gone.
Cee Cee Rider, was a good bet today. But with the Choccie Thornton being chucked off before one of the flights, i am unsure what happened.

My form today was - P3113U

Let's hope tommorows card at Market Rasen lets us have some winners.

Horse Racing Selections - Southwell 18th July

Looks an ok card at Southwell, still, the day im looking forward to is Saturday, with the summer plate and summer hurdle at Market Rasen taken place.

Im a big fan of jump racing so i shall pick out all of the races that are taking place at southwell tommorow.

Well here are my selections for Southwell on friday:
2.25 New Time
2.55 Pebese
3.30 Yellow Flag (Nap1)
4.00 Dr Dream
4.30 Jazz Dance
5.00 Cee Cee Rider (Nap2)

( Cee Cee Rider ) Alan King's only runner on the card. It should of won last time, bound to be in the mix.
( Yellow Flag ) Jonjo O'neill is in great form and this horse won in style at Stratford on sunday. Out 5 days later? Should win!

Horse Racing Selections

Hi there, i have selected five today which ran at Cartmel over the sticks.
Brave Broncho 2.00 Cart - 7th 2/1
Bauhaus 2.30 Cart - 1st 2/1
Clemax 3.05 Cart - 1st 11/1
Irony 3.15 Ham - 1st 13/2
Pampas Cat 3.50 Ham - 1st 5/6
Commanche Topgun 4.15 Cart -7th

After Todays racing, i was pleased to see the 3m2f chase won by Clemax. Ferdy Murphys horse is a battler when it gets to the front and it showed today.

Bauhaus, trained by Gordan Elliot won today, but not as convincing as i thought he would. I surpose that the distance it won by was fair as it had switched jumps.

Irony was ridden by David Probert today, and after last times 2nd at Chepstow, the horse had to have a great chance today with this promising young jockey aboard. 13/2 - what a great price.
